How To Register
Anyone who is planning to attend one of our full weekend fire circle events *must* register online and pay their fees promptly.
Some of our one night events do not require registration, and you can save registration fees by registering for some clusters of weekend events together. Read the individual event page for more information on whether or not you need to register.
Each human attending a Vegas Vortex event will need to have a separate and individual registration record entered for them. Relationships between people are tracked by entering the names of parents (on the child's registrations), sponsors or sponsees names, but entering these names DOES NOT mean that the individuals named in the text boxes are automatically registered to attend the event, nor that an open spot is held for them. They must also be registered to choose their meal, vehicle, and lodging options and pay registration fees.

The Vegas Vortex is invested in creating family-friendly events, in safe, sane, sacred space. Together, we embark on journeys of transformation through purification, temperance, and sustained creative engagement. While we understand that the use of alcohol and other substances may be a part of an individual's spiritual practice, our intention is that the adventures that we create are substance-free. The interactive, improvisational nature of our events is best served by a crystal-clear, attentive and open participation
that is unaffected by mind-altering substances. Toward this end, inebriated individuals may be asked to depart. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
